RFPI provide a range of products and services for both home and business users. Pricing can be varied dependant on your requirements, but we have a price list for some of the common services we provide. RFPI Computer Services standard hourly rate is £40.00 per hour.

Pricing Policy – What are the rates?

Our hourly rate is £40 per hour, and a 1 (one) hour minimum charge applies. However, we do not charge for travelling time to and from your home or office.

Payment Terms – How do I pay?

Full payment is due upon completion of the work agreed. We accept payment by cash, BACS transfer or PayPal.

RFPI Computer Services’ rates are very competitive and you can have peace of mind that we are fully insured for any damage caused by our technicians whilst carrying out any work, however unlikely it is to occur.

We are keen to provide total customer satisfaction and we will always rectify any work that hasn’t been carried out to your complete 100% satisfaction. We want to be considered for your future business and are grateful for any recommendations.

Our rates, as detailed in the table below, are a guide and are therefore subject to change. However, we will make every effort to ensure that they are kept up to date.

For some virus infections we may be required to carry out a full Windows operating system installation in order to guarantee that your system is virus free.

Remote Support Rates

RFPI Computer Services remote support service allows our expert technicians to remotely access your PC to help you fix problems, configure email accounts, help you with software applications, install printers, and lots more. This service is available throughout London.

We charge £40.00 per hour, but most tasks are completed within an hour. If we believe it’s going to take over an hour we will tell you that and you can cancel the repair, and you won’t need to pay anything.

Business Rates

Business Rates are £40.00 per hour. For businesses, outside of our normally covered area, we may add a travel expense charge for business mileage at 45p per mile. We can support businesses in most areas of London.

Full day bookings are available for service, repair, training or consultancy at a rate of £275.00 per day.
